Allison has always had a knack for design. After a successful career with an IT firm as the internal operations manager and event manager directing space planning, and throughout a continued opportunity as a General Contractor's Human Resources & Marketing Advisor and Interior Special Projects Admin, Allison began her pursuit in Interior Design. She did so by transitioning to furniture sales management with Haverty's averaging $55K USD a month in sales while overseeing staff (including new hire training), the showroom floor, and store operations in Pensacola, Fl. Allison then embraced a new opportunity at Luna Beach Interiors in Orange Beach, Al in which she designed model home interiors for D.R. Horton (America’s #1 largest home builder), targeting specific demographics to maximize sale of homes. One of her most exciting projects was winning a design bid and delivering a beautiful, Interior Refresh to the Phi Mu Sorority House in Troy, Alabama. Allison graduated with honors from Troy University with a B.S. in Business Administration. She completed her Interior Design education with the New York Institute of Art and Design and is now Residential Interior Design Qualification Certified as recognized by the Designer Society of America.
