I am a native of Northeast Ohio, raised in the small suburb of Mentor, just east of Cleveland. A distinguished graduate of Kent State University with degrees in Interior Design and Industrial Engineering, I began my professional journey at Design 5, a small boutique design firm. From there, I advanced as a Buyer and Creative Lead with Arhaus Furniture, where I traveled the word sourcing unique accessories and original antiquities. I also designed original furniture pieces for the brand - several of which remain in production and current now more than 25 years later. I continue to cherish my friendships with my Arhaus colleagues, and I celebrate the company's growth to more than 60 stores in 25 states.   Seeking a deeper understanding of the mechanics of retail, I spent the next decade in sales with the prestigious furniture house of Baker, Knapp & Tubbs. This experience expanded my design perspective and introduced me to a vast community of extraordinary designers, craftsmen, and clients. During my tenure at the Ohio Design Center, I built lasting professional relationships and grew my annual book of business for Baker to more than $2 million in annual sales. ? Today, with more than 30 years in the design industry, I am honored to serve a loyal and exclusive clientele. Every project inspires me - whether redesigning a bedroom or collaborating with architects on custom features in new construction. I believe successful design is always a collaboration, rooted in truly understanding my clients and crafting a style unique to them.
